From its balconies you can admire the moored fishing boats and the sea in both ports. It is conveniently reached by public transportation: the train station and the bus terminal are 15 minutes away on foot.

The property is located just outside the pedestrian area, 100 m from the colourful Mercato di Ortigia where every morning from Monday to Saturday you can shop for fresh local fish, meats, seasonal fruit and vegetables at excellent prices. You will be 200 m from the Temple of Apollo, a fascinating relic from the Greek era, 350 m from the Marina Lungomare, 400 m from the free Solarium Comunale where platforms are placed every summer, 600 m from the beautiful Piazza Archimede and 800 m from Piazza Duomo. Together with the room you can also rent our small wellness area for a regenerating Jacuzzi and a good sauna.
