Maestranza room was entirely restored in 2021. It is located on the first floor, with access from Riva della Posta square.

The large double bedroom (20m2) is furnished in early 20th-century Syracuse style with a 43” Smart TV and it is equipped with a complete bathroom.

At our guests’ disposal we offer a reading room with a double sofa bed and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and glasses, as well as appliances like a refrigerator and microwave. In the living room you will find a wall-mounted 32″ Smart TV.

All rooms are air conditioned. The windows are all soundproofed and a small balcony overlooks the street with a view that ranges from the Ortigia market to the canal that connects the large harbour with the small harbour of Siracusa.

In the common area there is also a living room with a small balcony where you can see fishing boats on the sea and the canal connecting the small and large harbours.
