The apartment Mastrarua (square m. 45) has been entirely restored in 2021. It is located at the first floor, with access from Trieste street. It is ideal for a smartworker, a couple or a small family.
Entering the flat there is a long passage that separates the living area from the sleeping area.
The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans,fridge, electric and microwave oven and dinner table.
The sleeping area is composed by a large bedroom (square m.21) furnished in sicilian early twentieth century style with a Dorelan king size bed (180 x 200), 43” smart TV and a work area with desk. There is also a sofa bed (french bed ).
The apartment can accomodate up to 4 people.
There is air conditioning in all the rooms.
The apartment is very cozy and there are sound proof windows ;the bedroom has a balcony overlooking the street up to the open air Ortigia market and the channel that joins the great harbour to the small harbour of Syracuse.

Together with your space room you can also rent our small wellness area for a regenerating Jacuzzi and a good sauna.
