The flat Maniace (square m. 70) has been entirely  restored in 2021. It is located at the first  floor with access from Trieste street. It is ideal for four persons. Entering the flat there is the living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots,pans, fridge, electric and microwave oven. There is also a large dining table, a wall mounted TV and two armchairs.
The sleeping area is composed by a large double bed bedroom (square m.20) furnished in sicilian early  twentieth century stylle with a 43” smart TV and by another double or twins bedroom. Both rooms have  bathrooms  and Dorelan matresses.
The apartment can accomodate up to 5 people with an additional bed to put in the living area .
There is air conditioning in all the rooms.

The apartment is very cozy and there are sound proof windows. Every room has a balcony overlooking the street  up to tht open air Ortigia market and the channel that joins the great harbour to the small harbour of Syracuse.

Together with your space room you can also rent our small wellness area for a regenerating Jacuzzi and a good sauna.
